Rice Service is the building repair and remodel division of Rice Companies. Within Rice Service, there are dedicated service professionals, carpenters, and technicians across the Midwest at all six Rice Companies locations. To lead operations in Sioux Falls, Jeff Wagner has joined the Rice team as the General Manager. A Sioux Falls native with 20 years of industry experience, Jeff is set to strengthen existing customer relationships and extend services to new clients in the area.

The Rice Service Sioux Falls location is Rice Companies’ sixth location. Headquartered in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, Rice Companies also has regional offices across the Midwest in Glencoe, MN, Mankato, MN, Fargo, ND and Cedar Falls, IA. The company is leasing office space in Sioux Falls at 1207 N Carla Avenue in Tea, SD, with plans to construct a permanent location in early 2024.
