Rice Companies Breaks Ground on New Office in Cedar Falls, Iowa

Rice Companies is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of its new office location in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This momentous event took place on Thursday, August 8th, at 6815 Innovation Drive. As one of six locations across the Midwest, this new office will enable Rice Companies to enhance its service to the Cedar Valley community and the greater state of Iowa.

The 78,000 SF building will feature Rice Companies’ space and up to 10 additional tenant spaces once fully complete. The building complex, named Cedar Ridge Crossings, will include an initial phase of 29,200 SF of flexible office, retail, warehouse, or industrial spaces. Rice’s space will comprise 17,200 SF of an office and warehouse. The two additional tenant spaces available for lease will each be approximately 6,000 SF. The property will feature a loading dock and drive-in functionality along with suite space flexibility. Rice has proudly partnered with AW Commercial Real Estate & Development for the leasing of these spaces.
