Rice Companies was the design-build contractor for this 16,800 square foot addition. The project included the construction of a 2-story building that featured a showroom, 12 offices, a break room, conference room, restrooms, a tool room, and shop. Construction also included the demolition and fill-in of old loading dock doors on the existing building.
