Appert’s Food

Rice Companies delivered a freezer, cooler, and dry storage expansion for Appert’s Food Service, now known as Sysco. The project included construction of temperature-controlled storage areas, high-performance industrial flooring, precast wall and roof systems, and coordinated refrigeration and racking installation. The expanded facility supports efficient cold storage operations while improving durability, energy performance, and long-term operational reliability.
